As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Westar Vacation Sales can assist you in selling your timeshare.  At this time, we are limiting listings to resorts located within the State of California.

We do NOT charge ANY upfront fees to list your interval for sale.

In order to properly represent your timeshare property,
Westar Vacation Sales must review resort documents.
Seller must provide a copy of resort documents (CC&R's, ByLaws, Rules & Regulations, Budget, etc.) as well as information on the resort's management company and reservation procedures.
